Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nivolve, we strive to deliver thoughtful, high-quality digital services. Because our work involves research, strategy and creative effort, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.

Homepage Transformation Preview

The ₹999 Homepage Transformation Preview is a paid strategy service.

If you proceed with a website transformation project with Nivolve, the ₹999 paid for the preview will be adjusted towards your final project invoice.

If you decide not to proceed with a website project after the preview has been delivered, the ₹999 is non-refundable.

Website Transformation Projects

Website transformation projects begin only after the agreed advance payment has been received.

Due to the customised nature of our work:

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests after project commencement will be evaluated based on the stage of work completed.
  • Any approved refund will exclude the value of work already performed and any third-party costs incurred.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before work begins.

If work has already commenced, any refund will be determined after accounting for completed work, planning, research and other committed project resources.

Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party providers including domain registrations, hosting services, premium plugins, software licences or similar expenses will be the client's responsibility.
