3. Homepage Transformation Preview

The Homepage Transformation Preview is a paid consultation and strategy service priced at ₹999.

The preview includes a review of your existing website and a conceptual homepage transformation based on the information available at the time of review.

The preview is intended to demonstrate the direction of a potential website transformation and should not be considered a final design or complete website.

4. Website Projects

A website project begins only after:

  • The proposal has been accepted.
  • The required advance payment has been received.
  • Required content and assets have been supplied by the client.

Project timelines may be affected if approvals, content or feedback are delayed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Supply required content, images and branding assets.
  • Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure they own or have permission to use all supplied content.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nivolve retains ownership of internal processes, proprietary frameworks, templates and methodologies used during the project.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may include integrations with third-party platforms, plugins or software.

Nivolve is not responsible for outages, policy changes or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality services, Nivolve does not guarantee specific business outcomes including search rankings, enquiries, revenue or conversions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivolve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
